Accounts Payable Vendor Terms and Conditions of Payment
  • REDPM has standard payment terms of “Net 30 EOM”. Any payment terms other than Net 30 EOM must be requested by the vendor and agreed to in writing prior to supplying products/services to REDPM.
  • REDPM does not pay late charges.
  • All invoices should be mailed to:

  • All invoices should indicate the date of service, building location and (if applicable) the apartment number.
  • Invoices that have been submitted to an address other than the above address or electronically by e-mail may be denied for payment.
  • The payment and submittal requirements for construction projects financed by the bank may overide these terms and conditions.


    • Changes to this Vendor Terms and Conditions of Payment
    REDPM may occasionally update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify you by posting a prominent announcement on our home page. We encourage you to periodically review our Vendor Terms and Conditions of Payment. Your continued use of the service constitutes your agreement to our Vendor Terms and Conditions of Payment and any updates.
